| Old Clearwire stockholders say OK to new Clearwire |
| Thursday, November 20, 2008 - Clearwire stockholders have waved goodbye to the old Clearwire and hello to a new Clearwire by approving a combination with Sprint Nextel's WiMAX business and a $3.2 billion investment from cable operators Comcast, Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks along with Google and Intel.
Following a unanimous recommendation from Clearwire's board of directors, the stockholders voted for a "new" Clearwire which, under Sprint's direction, will develop a nationwide mobile WiMAX network.

| Sprint Affiliate Backs Down on WiMAX Suit |
| Thursday, November 20, 2008 - A wireless affiliate of Sprint Nextel Corp. has pulled its request that an Illinois judge block the planned spinoff of Sprint's new broadband network.
Schaumburg, Ill.-based iPCS Inc. said Monday in a regulatory filing that it withdrew its motion for a temporary restraining order preventing Sprint's WiMax network from being combined with Kirkland, Wash.-based Clearwire Corp. | Microsoft's Morro Could Challenge Security Giants |
| Thursday, November 20, 2008 - McAfee and Symantec could be affected as Microsoft moves to provide free antivirus software. If the software, code-named Morro, successfully protects against viruses, analysts said, it could mean an exodus from well-known security brands.
On Tuesday, Microsoft announced a security offering focused on protecting against malware. The software giant is addressing what it sees as a growing need for a security solution that meets the unique needs of emerging markets and smaller PC form factors.
